Following the acquisition by SPIE Germany Switzerland Austria, the websites spie-osmo.de and spie-duerr.com have been merged into the new website spie.de/spie-btat. The new website is part of the SPIE Group and is based on the Sitefinity content management system. cytrus is responsible for the technical implementation of the website and will continue to develop it further.

At our locations in Kiel, Georgsmarienhütte/Osnabrück, and Weinstadt, our employees are ready to assist customers in creating smart solutions. The headquarters of SPIE Building Technology Automation & Traffic GmbH is in Georgsmarienhütte near Osnabrück. The companies’ history dates back over 50 years. OSMO was founded in 1970, and Dürr was founded seven years later. Following their acquisition by SPIE in 2019 and 2021, the companies have now merged to form a single entity with approximately 480 technology enthusiasts.
